Keen Property Partners is a specialized real estate service provider, currently focusing on two high growth potential sectors – high-end residential as well as local and regional retail. The company provides a unique and comprehensive range of services for the high-end residential market all under one roof. These services include acquisition and sales, leasing and, property management. In the commercial sector, via its retail arm KPP Retail, KPP focuses on the acquisition and development of regional retail projects. The company is growing rapidly, currently employing 50 specialists in Warsaw and another 40 in the field. KPP is also active in the Czech Republic and Bulgaria. The company was established in 2005 by Richard Keen and Sev Zakrzewski.

Keen Property Partners is currently developing, redeveloping, managing and leasing retail real estate with a total area of over 150,000 m2.

In the residential sector, KPP offers a uniquely comprehensive range of services for the high-end residential market helping customers to navigate the residential real estate market in Poland, whatever their needs at any given time. KPP’s Property Management Department manages approximately 250 apartments with a total area of over 13,000 m2 located in Warsaw, Krakow, Wrocław and Poznań. Additionally the department’s team is responsible for managing the luxury Holland Park Apartments complex and the apartment building at 8 Wiślana Street in Warsaw, designated for lease by a foreign investor. Annually, KPP’s experienced professionals from Residential Sales and Leasing Department manage the sale and leasing of over 100 exclusive apartments and houses with a total area of approximately 10,000 m2 located in Poland’s largest cities. KPP’s extensive list of clients includes the most renowned international companies, multinational institutions, and embassies operating in Poland.

A Track Record of Quality Projects

The company has a reputation for quality projects, including Holland Park Apartments, Wielicka Apartments, the acquisition and asset management of Galeria Orkana in Lublin and the redevelopment of Rzeszów Plaza in Rzeszów. The company’s residential flagship project are the Holland Park Apartments, which involved the acquisition and refurbishment of prestigious hotel apartments and communal spaces in Warsaw. In October 2009, Keen Property Partners completed the process of gaining permission to change the use of Holland Park Apartments, and started the individual sale of the living spaces. In the retail sector, the company is currently very excited about its unique and impressive Galeria Victoria retail project, which will be the first modern retail, entertainment, residential, and hotel complex in the city of Wałbrzych and the surrounding region, bringing the first multiplex cinema, and numerous restaurants and cafés, as well as many highly-desired Polish and international retail brands to the city for the first time.

The company has also been involved in such projects as Centrum Handlowe Graf (Chełm), Park Handlowy Eden (Zgorzelec), Castorama (Skierniewice), Galeria Sieradzka (Sieradz) and Galeria Sandomierz (Sandomierz). The company has an impressive pipeline of projects underway, such as the second phase of Galeria Sieradzka (Sieradz), the expansion of Rzeszów Plaza (Rzeszów), the Galeria Victoria shopping mall (Wałbrzych) and a new shopping mall in Gniezno.

Planning for Growth

Keen Property Partners’ immediate plans for growth are focused on further regional and local development in existing markets and sectors, as well as the expansion of the range of services for the high-end residential market. The company is also looking into new markets, including the Czech Republic and Bulgaria. KPP has recently secured several land plots for the construction of retail centres in the near future.
