Monika Kowalczyk, is the Director of the Property Management Department at Keen Property Partners and joined the company in 2005. Monika previously worked for SG Marketing Services and F&N Agro Polska Sp. z o.o. Monika currently supervises the comprehensive property management services offered by KPP for individual clients who own residential real estate. Monika is responsible for managing approximately 250 apartments with a total area of over 13,000 m2 located in Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw,Poznan and others. Additionally, she supervises a team responsible for managing the luxury Holland Park Apartments complex and the apartment building at 8 Wiślana Street in Warsaw. Monika graduated from the Law and Administration Department at the University of Warsaw.
